Bookings

Making a booking

• Bookings must be made on the appropriate booking form on the Society Deals page and will be confirmed by the secretary in writing.
• A deposit of £10 per person is then required against green fees; this must be paid within two months of reserving a date.
• Your representative should contact the club at least 28 days before the fixture advising of any changes in requirements.
• Your reserved tee times will then be confirmed. Please note that if your numbers fall below the original stated then the pricing structure may alter and this would be made fully aware to your representative when contact is made.

Societies are normally accepted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Normal green fees apply. Groups staying at an authorised hotel (list available from the secretary) are entitled to a concession of £5 against green fees.

Dress

Changing in the car park is not allowed.

Visitors are requested to conform to our standards of dress.

Golf

Visitors are required to hold a current handicap certificate or be a member of a recognised golf club and may have the courtesy of the course after paying the appropriate green fee.

Green fee tickets are to be prominently displayed. In granting you the courtesy of the course we ask you to respect the established customs of the club.

In addition and in order to ensure your own and other players’ enjoyment of the course will you please:

• Before starting consult the pro shop and adhere to the tee starting times and other conditions displayed on notice boards. The party leader should introduce him/herself to the Professional on arrival
• Note that white competition tees are not to be used.
