Beyond all boundary hedges, ditches and lines of white stakes, on or beyond the car parks, paths and walls surrounding the clubhouse.
Stones in bunkers are moveable obstructions (Rule 24). Staked trees are immovable obstructions. Relief must be taken under Rule 24-2b(i). Safety fences and ropes are immovable obstructions, Rule 24-2b(iii).
If a flagstick hole cover in temporary use on all greens, interferes with the line of a player's putt, stance or lie of his ball, it may be lifted and placed without penalty no nearer the hole as to afford relief.
All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief from interference by them may be taken under Rule 24.2.
